Graphic Design: Ages 9-12

About this class

Course Description Dive into the world of graphic design and discover how design touches every part of our lives, from shoes and street signs to websites and beyond. Students learn the key techniques and principles of graphic design and apply them to create their own projects. Whether it’s designing a logo for a favorite sports team, skateboard crew, or club, or creating eye-catching posters, this hands-on, project-based camp will guide campers through real-world design challenges. By the end of the week, students will have a solid understanding of graphic design and a portfolio of creative designs ready to impress! IMPORTANT: $40 Materials Kit: A $40 materials fee is included in the camp tuition. All students enrolled in Summer Youth Camps must submit the following packet of Summer Youth Camp Child Pickup Authorization prior to admittance into the classroom. Students will not be permitted to attend without this. Note(s): Full-day camps include lunch supervision and outside activities between 12:15pm and 12:45pm daily. You will need to upload a photo and insurance card in order to register for youth courses.
