About this class
Course Description In this culminating techniques course, students select bespoke techniques to create three capsule collections focusing on home décor, apparel/fashion, or stationery. Students learn specific advanced techniques relevant to their collections, including the application of color theory to individual projects. Collections will be compiled in a portfolio format suitable for presentation. Note(s): Surface Design Techniques I, II, and III run concurrently with student cohorts working on unique course content under the guidance of the instructor. Prerequisites Specific coursework required for Certificate Students. All other students should have equivalent experience. Students should be familiar with creating digital repeats.
